Your 24-hour internal clock, that's running in the background of your brain, cycles between sleepiness and alertness at regular intervals and it’s known as your circadian rhythm. Dr. Seung-Hee Yoo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of McGoven Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
