A federal appeals court heard arguments today about whether Texas’ border enforcement law should take effect while a lawsuit challenging SB4 proceeds.
El Paso County along with the ACLU of Texas and the Biden administration sued to stop SB4. County Commissioner David Stout talked to KTEP’s Angela Kocherga about why the county opposes the law.
