It is Day 2 of the Texas Democratic Convention in El Paso. Americans are observing National Gun Violence Awareness this weekend and the same can be said for Texas Democrats at the convention. The city of El Paso launched its enhanced library card program in East El Paso today. This weekend Animal Services is hosting a Puppy Shower! The goal: encourage families to foster puppies and kittens.
