Court to Hear Abortion Notification Case

For the first time in five years, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear an abortion case -- this one involves parental notification and the health of the mother. A New Hampshire law obliges doctors to inform parents of a pregnant minor 48 hours before an abortion, unless there's a medical emergency.

Guests:

David Savage, Supreme Court reporter for The Los Angeles Times

Sarah Brown, Director of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy

Kay Hymowitz, Contributing editor to City Journal; author, Liberation's Children: Parents and Kids in a Post Modern Age
