The research of Kyung-An (Kay) Han, director of neuroscience & metabolic disorders in the UTEP Department of Biological Sciences. Kay is using a drosophila (fruit fly) model to determine how motivation, attention, learning, and memory are regulated by dopamine and octopamine.
