De La Torre gives us details on what the proposition covers, including reconstruction of Eastwood High School and Parkland Middle School, and new construction of 4 additional schools. De La Torre explains that with the increase of Homestead Exemptions, the passage of the bond proposal would actually result in lower property taxes.
