Femme Frontera is an official recipient of two grants that will exponentially benefit our local filmmaking community.
The Sundance Film Festival Arts Organization Grant will go directly towards the creation of the La Frontera Documentary Lab which will provide resources to mentor women and nonbinary filmmakers in El Paso and Juarez.
They also received a Perspective Fund Grant which will fund intensive 10-day courses in documentary production for youth and adults, as well as Spanish speaking documentary classes for youth and adults in our border region.
