Mike is also an award-winning commercial director, writer, and visual effects supervisor and his work includes productions in Europe where he produced theoretical films before returning to the U.S. to direct his passion project. He was praised by critics for creating one of the best films of the year, The Elephant in the Living Room, which would go on to win 5 Best Documentary Awards and top the charts as the #1 Independent Film in the U.S.
