Little David really liked spending hours looking for horn toads in his backyard but rather than keeping them as pets, he would observe their behavior and this is how, he thinks, his interest in science was first sparked. Dr. David Jentsch sits down with Laura O’Dell and Dr. Keith Panell to tell us about how he, later on, proceeded to learn about neuroscience when he took a class that went about the electrical properties of the membranes of neurons and how the brain processes information.
