Grafica Libre is a series of community engagements in the form of artist led workshops and a public art exhibition that will take place on August 31, 2023 at the Region One Art Gallery. The exhibition will showcase local artists along side international artists with an emphasis on artistic responses to social and political issues specific to the El Paso/Juarez border region.
