The Bucharest Legacy: The Rise of the Oligarchs

William Maz was born in Bucharest Romania of Greek Parents and immigrated to the U.S. as a child. He is a graduate of Harvard University, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and Yale residency. Maz then would continue his passion for writing in his career being a full time writer and went on writing his Bucharest novels.

CIA Agent Bill Hefflin is back in Bucharest as the CIA has been rocked to its core when a KGB defector leaks that there is a KGB moe inside the agency. It is found out that the mole’s handler is a KGB agent Boris who is the code name of Hefflin’s longtime KGB asset. So this eventually points to Hefflin as being the prime suspect as the KGB mole inside the agency. He is given a chance to prove his innocence by being forced to find Boris and track down the identity of the mole. However, Hefflin has a secret that nobody knows– Boris has been dead for over a year!
