FOCUS ON CAMPUS: Border Economic Forum

Louie talks with Tom Fullerton, professor of Economics & Finance at UTEP, about the UTEP Border Economic Forum, which will address the 2013 regional economic outlook, as well as transportation issues on the border, AAA baseball, health care on the border, and much more.  Fullerton also talks about the improving economy of Ciudad Juarez, and how it is benefiting El Paso.
