Louie talks with UTEP Political Science Professor Gregory Rocha about the second term of Barack Obama's presidency.  They talk about what is traditionally expected of second-term presidents, and why presidents have served only 2 terms since Franklin Delano Roosevelt.  Rocha talks about the issues that may face President Obama in the next 4 years, including immigration, challenges from the National Rifle Association, changes in his Cabinet, and how he plans to mark his legacy.  Aired Jan. 26, 2013.
