PERSPECTIVES: The Government Shutdown and the Border

  Louie talks with Jose Villalobos and Gregory Rocha of the UTEP Political Science Department about the current government shutdown and the political stalemate in Congress.  They also were able to connect to a conference call with Senator John Cornyn and ask him questions about health on the border and the needs of veterans.
