Louie talks with artist Margarita Cabrera about her art project which will promote peace.  UPLIFT is a work of public art which involves the members of the public in its creation.  The sculpture, which is constructed of papel picado and recycled guns, will represent a flock of birds taking flight.  The sculpture will be part of the new roundabout currently being constructed on Country Club Rd.  All members of the community are invited to participate in creating UPLIFT, no experience necessary.  For information on the project and upcoming workshops, visit http://www.margaritacabrera.com/uplift/
