 In a rebroadcast from July 20, 2013, Dennis is joined by co-hosts Russ Chianelli and Chef Keeley Cheshire to talk to Chef Denise Daniels, culinary arts instructor at El Paso Community College, and 2 of her students, Marlene Lopez and Hector Villalobos.  Marlene & Hector talk about why they chose a career in the kitchen and about the joys they find in cooking.  They also talk about the satisfaction they feel when everyone at the table is satisfied, and how they deal with dissatisfied customers!  Chef Denise shares what it takes to learn the culinary arts - it's not just cooking but learning ALL aspects of running a restaurant, from washing dishes to staying within a budget.
