Louie talks with Joe Maldonado, KTEP production assistant, and Victor Garcia, military veteran and UTEP communications student, about their involvement with their small group communications class' blanket drive that benefits the Mission Valley's flood victims. The group is seeking donations of blankets and winter apparel. The drop off location is Edgemere Elementary School, 10300 Edgemere. The drive runs until Friday, November 15, by the end of the school day there.
