Russ Chianelli visits El Paso Prime Time and brings with him Executive Chef/Owner Keeley Cheshire, Italians Restaurant, and four students from Coronado High School who have formed a change-making venture titled, "Cross Border Cuisine." The program is designed to teach anyone how to cook and eat healthy meals on a budget without compromising taste.

The group's fundraiser is set for Sunday, February 23, at Italians, 5380 North Mesa, at Mesa and Festival. Doors open at 6:00; the meal is gourmet spaghetti and meatballs, and the evening features music from the Coronado Quartet, a silent auction, a cooking demonstration by Chef Keeley, and more. Tickets are available at Italians, or by phone: (915)400-4550 and (915)603-6743.
