Guest host Norma Martinez talks with Melissa Barba, Assistant Director of the Stanlee & Gerald Rubin Center for the Visual Arts on the UTEP Campus. The Rubin Center is El Paso's only showcase for contemporary art. Melissa tells us about the unique exhibitions on display at the Rubin Center, and some of the upcoming community events that will be taking place there.
