    Russ Chianelli and Rebecca Jean Downey talk about her newest Southwestern sleuth novel, "Devil Eye," which puts fictional hero Penny Larkin on the paranormal path between good and evil, having been hired by the U.S. Marshals' office to root out a gun trafficker before he takes it on the lam into Mexico, but gets herself wrapped up in a complex dilemma.
