PERSPECTIVES: All About El Paso's Small Business Development Center Network

Louie talks with Audrey Marrufo-Hernandez, training coordinator, and Joe Ferguson, director, of the South West Texas Border Small Business Development Center Network at El Paso Community College about the wide-open potentials for people to explore the possibilities of opening a small business in the desert southwest.
