100 @ 100: Mary-Margaret Weigel

  The research of Mary-Margaret Weigel, Professor in the Department of Public Health at UTEP.  Weigel is investigating household food insecurities in low-income households in Quito, Ecuador, and comparing it to similar low-income households in El Paso.  She is trying to determine whether food insecurity is a risk for obesity and stunted growth in children.
