Norma & Denise welcome back Regional Urban Forester Oscar Mestas of the Texas A&M Forest Service.  Winter is the best time for tree pruning, even though pruning can be done at any time of year.  Pruning, however, is not something that should be done indiscriminately - it needs to be done mainly for the health of the tree and the safety of people.
