  Louie talks with Michelle Miller, Director of the First Year Learning Initiative and Professor of Psychological Sciences at Northern Arizona University.  Miller is a cognitive psychologist whose research focuses on memory and attention, psychological impacts of technology, and student academic success.   Miller was presenting a workshop on using cognitive psychology to create compelling learning experiences for the UTEP College of Engineering on Feb. 20.  She talks about some helpful techniques students & teachers can take advantage of to improve their cognitive learning and memory.  http://cetal.utep.edu/docs/UTEP_Miller_Workshop-Feb20-2015.pdf
