STATE OF THE ARTS: Border Beats

The Neon Desert Music Festival,  Creative Kids and MIMA music have come together to create Border Beats, a children’s music program that will launch this spring at Providence Memorial Hospital. Today we’ll learn more about the program and how local musicians can particpate.
