Tom, Liz, and Greg talk with Mark Hawthorne, author of "Bleating Hearts: The Hidden World of Animal Suffering" and "Striking at the Roots: A Practical Guide to Animal Activism."  When Mark decided he wanted to become an activist for animals, he found there were materials he could use for guidance.  He interviewed over 100 activists from across the globe and is sharing what he has learned.  Mark also shares how running with the bulls in Pamplona and an Indian retreat helped him on his path to veganism and activism.  http://www.markhawthorne.com/
