STATE OF THE ARTS: Hector Serrano

Hector Serrano, the creator of “Viva! El Paso,” will teach two courses on the history of theater this fall. It’s part of the adult education courses in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Texas at El Paso. Classes begin Sept. 8 and registration is now open and runs through August. 21st.  Information is available at www.olliatutep.org.
