Every October, the streets of Downtown El Paso become canvasses for artists to display their chalk masterpieces at the Chalk the Block. Chalk the Block takes place from Friday, October 9 through Sunday October 11, 2015. Ben Fyffe of the Museums and Cultural Affairs Department previews the event.
