Louie Saenz talks with Christian Corrales from UTEP Student Affairs, and Jorge Vasquez, Executive Director of UTEP Special Events about MINERPALOOZA, which celebrates its 25th year on August 28.  It’s the biggest tradition on the UTEP campus, and gives students, faculty, staff, and the public an opportunity to meet the football team, enjoy carnival games, hear live music, and welcome another semester at this yearly event.
