Dr. Brooke Goldner is the best-selling author of 'Goodbye Lupus,' and specializes in psychology and neurobiology. As a teenager, she began suffering from arthritis and debilitating pain. The diagnosis? Systemic Lupus Nephritis. And Stage IV kidney disease. She endured chemotherapy treatments, blood thinner injections, and mini-strokes from her teenage years through medical school. When she embraced exercise and a plant-based diet, her symptoms disappeared. As did the lupus. Hear her fascinating story in this interview.
