Ed Archuleta is well known as the long-time manager of the El Paso Water Utilities Public Service Board.  He has since retired that position, but he now serves as Director of Water Initiatives at UTEP.  Archuleta joins us on this program to talk about his long career solving water issues in the region, and the ways that El Paso is serving as a model for the state of Texas and for the rest of the world when it comes to water treatment research.
