There are a lot of independent films being made in the borderland, but most are hard for general audiences to find and watch. One recent film has found an audience through one of the biggest online streaming sites. We speak with Mark Vasconcellos, Producer and Co-Star of "River" (2017), about his film and its success of landing a huge streaming platform - Amazon Prime.
