Dr. Keith Pannell sits down with Brett P. Giroir (born November 4, 1960 in Marrero, Louisiana) is an American physician-scientist who is the current Assistant Secretary for Health[1] and a four-star admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. He concurrently serves as the Senior Advisor for Mental Health and Opioid Policy.
