STATE OF THE ARTS - Border Tuner

Border Tuner is a public interactive art installation created by visual artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer.  Border Tuner will take place in El Paso and Juárez from November 14 thru November 24, 2019. 

This project is an interactive light and sound installation, which features three stations on either of side of the border, when lights from either of the two sites are directed at each other, powerful bridges of light and sound are created – activating microphones and speakers – allowing participants to communicate with one another and create a cross-border connection and communication.
