Artists Tino Ortega and Diego Martinez are hard at work building what will be a gallery run by artists for artists. It’s called Galeria Lincoln and it’s located under the spaghetti bowl on Rosa St. Today, we’ll check in with them to hear about their vision for their burgeoning gallery.
