STATE OF THE ARTS - Mabel Weber

Mabel Weber is an illustrator and painter who works on portrait, fashion, character design, lifestyle and social issues.

Mexican born and raised, she now resides in El Paso.  Inspired by the bicultural identity of the city, her work is heavily influenced by the mixed cuisine, language, rich architecture, urban folklore and the recurring presence of Mexican traditional imagery.
