State of the Arts Hotline Remembers Dr. Patrick Shaw Cable

Today we use the State of the Arts Hotline to remember one of our beloved colleagues in the arts, Dr. Patrick Shaw Cable.  While in El Paso, Dr. Cable was a senior curator at the El Paso Museum of Art.
