El Paso Prime Time - Business Models and CoVID-19

  This episode on El Paso Prime Time tackles the ongoing small business owner's dilemma: to survive the COVID-19 pandemic or close forever. Visiting to talk about handling various business issues are Audrey Marrufo, training coordinator for the El Paso Small Business Development Center. and Chef Chris Morrill, co-owner of The World Catering Service, Gallery 3 Kitchen and the newly-opened The Taco Shop. Its grand opening was on March 3rd, it was closed, as were most local eateries, on March 17th. 
Together via phone, they talk about the eventual recovery for some owners and strategies for surviving after the reopening of the El Paso economic community.
