Gestos Locales is a response to the closure of art venues and the lack of art and cultural resources during the COVID-19 outbreak along the Texas / Mexico border.  This virtual exhibition shares artwork from five border artists, spanning from the Brownsville / Matamoros area to the El Paso / Cd.
