Your browser doesn’t support HTML5 audio

In 2012, Stanley Chase, Founder of the wildly popular Louisville Vegan Jerky Company forgot to set a timer on his vegan manapua recipe and overcooked it by mistake. The surprising result…a delicious vegan jerky that amazed those that tried it. So Stanley then did it over a million more times, on purpose - with the intention of bringing the world one of the finest jerkys ever tasted.

On ACT Radio, Greg, Liz and Tom talk with Stanley about how his prior experiences in the vegan food space put him on this path and the business’s mission to provide true artisan quality jerky while also contributing to his local community and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
