ON FILM: The New Juarez

Charles talks to filmmaker Charlie Minn, whose latest film, "The New Juarez," provides an update on the drug-fueled murders in Ciudad Juarez. Over the last year, the murder rate in Juarez has decreased from 8 murders a day to 1 murder a day. The film examines the reasons behind the decrease. The film is screening at Bassett Place Premiere Cinemas for a limited time. Aired Oct. 6, 2012.
