In a rebroadcast from February 2, 2013, Charles talks with Pat Kirkham, author of "Saul Bass: A Life in Film & Design."  In this online-only expanded interview, they talk about the career of Hollywood designer & filmmaker, Saul Bass, who is responsible for the memorable opening titles of films such as "Psycho," "Vertigo," and "West Side Story."  Bass also takes credit for storyboarding the shower sequence in "Psycho."

Kirkham is also Professor of Design History & Material Culture at Bard Graduate Center in New York.
