Charles welcomes Bart Weiss back to the show. Bart is the founder and director of the annual Dallas VideoFest, now entering its 27th year! The Video Fest, which is Oct. 9-19 in Dallas, Texas, features an opening night showing of a little-known Hitchcock film with an original, commissioned score.
