Border Theatre, Facebook

Charles talks with Austin Savage, who is asking aspiring screenwriters to attend weekly screenwriting workshops that focus not on the story itself, but on the act of storyMAKING.  The workshops are not just for writing screenplays, but for developing plays or even pilots.  In this online-only extended version of the interview, Austin explains why workshops such as these are important for encouraging collaboration and drawing inspiration and support from others.

Writers are invited to meet Wednesdays at 7pm at Glasbox, 210 Poplar.  $10 donation requested.  For information, call Austin Savage, 915-412-5283.
