In a rebroadcast from January 16, 2016, guest host Russ Chianelli talks with Dr. David Cocke, Jack M. Gill Endowed Chair of Chemical Engineering at Lamar University.  He talks about the importance of sulfur in our diet.  Through supplements foods such as garlic, onions, and broccoli, we can prevent our bodies from overoxidizing and causing damage to proteins and cellular structure.  Symptoms of autoimmune disorders such as scleroderma and rheumatoid arthritis can be alleviated with sulfur supplementation.
