In this edition of El Paso Prime Time, host Richard Dayoub is joined by Dr. Gregory Schober, Dr. Eva Moya and El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Chief Executive, Susan Gooddell to talk about the Food Equity study conducted in a partnership with the University of Texas at El Paso. In this study, for the last 5 years, students have provided data that gives specialists the percentages on the students struggling with access to basic food groups, housing and homelessness.
