Roman and Adriana Wilcox are the team behind One Grub Community Diner, El Paso’s first 100% plant-based food business. Their mission is to provide healthy food access to the people of our community, no matter their circumstances.
One Grub Community Diner fulfills their mission by providing fresh homemade meals and take-home grocery products out of the diner. Most recently, Chef Roman was featured on HBO Max’s Big Brunch.
