Community Cats are often semi-friendly or unfriendly cats that wouldn't be suitable for adoption into homes. But there are humane and non-lethal approaches to controlling roaming cat populations.

This time on ACT radio, Greg, Liz and Tom talk with Joe Miele, the Trap Neuter Return Project Coordinator for Broken Promises Southwest. Broken Promises is a non-profit organization that addresses the feral cat overpopulation problem in Las Cruces, New Mexico and the surrounding county.

Joe has been involved in Trap Neuter Return and cat rescue for over twenty-five years. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences around the country on cats, veganism, sports hunting and animal rights.
