Over a year ago a film production company made quite the splash when it announced it was moving to Las Cruces, New Mexico and planning to invest significantly in that city. The Company 828 Productions expects to spend up to 75 million dollars in the next few years creating sound stages and support facilities for film production in and around Las Cruces, and has moved its headquarters to the city. Joining host Charles Horak to discuss the company’s plans and the outlook on film production in Southern New Mexico is Jon Sepp, Operations and Public Affairs Manager for 828 productions.

Charles Horak didn't sleep much as a child, preferring instead to watch movies on late night TV. Not much has changed since then, except that he now shares his life-long passion for movies with others. Horak's association with On Film began in the summer of 2002 when he was interviewed by the show's originator, Cynthia Haines. In the summer of 2005, Horak took over for Haines as host of the show.
