Carl Reiner has been at the heart of American comedy for more than 50 years. From his days on Sid Caesar's Show of Shows to his role in the upcoming movie Ocean's Twelve, Reiner has written and performed a number of unforgettable characters. He was the creator of the Dick Van Dyke Show and the straight man to Mel Brooks' 2,000-year-old man. More recently, he's recorded audio books of Mark Twain's work and written an autobiography, My Anecdotal Life.

The actor, comedian and director joins NPR's Neal Conan and takes callers' questions.
